The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, partner relationships, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Management:Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to meet client goals and maximize ROI.
• Partner Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual success.
• Campaign Analysis:Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling successful campaigns.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance of affiliate campaigns.
• Compliance: : Ensure all affiliate activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
• Collaboration: : Work closely with the broader marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
