Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Proven track record ofsuccess in business development, sales, or account management within the creative tech, digital media, or marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, digital media platforms, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while also independently driving initiatives forward.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the creative tech, digital media, and marketing industries.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including brands, agencies, and technology partners, through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and marketing departments, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about advancements in technology, digital media platforms, and marketing strategies to advise clients on innovative solutions and best practices.
