Job Summary:

We are looking for a young, passionate, and creative Graphic Designer to join our Mumbai-based advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs across digital platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing creatives. This role requires strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with modern design tools, including AI-powered creative platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate concepts into impactful visual executions.
• Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Utilize AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Assist in developing innovative design concepts and visual directions for client campaigns.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven creative workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising or digital agency..
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Freepik AI, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Strong design sense, typography skills, layout understanding, and visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of digital design requirements for social media, ads, and web platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
